Steps in process Fluorite ore
1. Crushing and sieving. Crushing fluorite ore into smaller particles using stone crusher, while the broken ore into particles of different sizes through a sieve.
2. Grinding, using a ball mill to grind the sieved fluorite particles to achieve finer particle size.
3. Flotation: Using the different physical and chemical properties of different mineral surfaces, useful fluorite is separated from other minerals by adding collectors.
