In gold leaching plant cip / cil , in order to increase the concentration of the slurry,need gold ore thickener, concentrated  slurry will affect the leaching time ,and the suspension state of the activated carbon.

Working Steps of gold thickener

Through gravity sedimentation, the solid particles in the slurry are settled to the bottom to achieve solid-liquid separation. 

The thickener is usually composed of a tank, a rake frame, a speed reducer, a rake lifting device and a feed trough. 

During transmission, the main shaft and the rake frame are driven by a speed reducer motor to rotate at a low speed, and the settled ore particles are scraped and collected to the discharge port , then achieving dehydration and concentration.
