Advantages
1. Large processing capacity per unit area, high concentration efficiency, up to 2.5-4m³/㎡.h.
(1) Adopt deep feeding and lower swirl sedimentation technology to reduce the sedimentation height of particles and reduce the kinetic energy of solid phase particles.
(2) Equipped with an automatic dosing device, a static mixer and three dosing points are set in the feeding pipe, so that the medicament and the material are fully mixed, and the flocculation and sedimentation effect is good.
(3) The new type of cloth bucket can better fuse the flocculant and pulp particles, and evenly spread the flocculation to the bottom of the pool along the circumferential direction.
2. Hydraulic multi-point drive, speed regulation, high mechanical strength, and overload protection function.
(1) The central drive mechanism synchronously drives the slewing support for multiple hydraulic motor reducers, thereby driving the equipment to run, and can realize speed regulation to meet different process requirements.
(2) The transmission main shaft is a large-diameter thick-walled seamless tube shaft with high mechanical strength and good stability.
(3) The driving device adopts closed gear transmission, the box cover is located above the lubricating oil surface, never leaking oil, and the transmission device is safe and stable.
3. The hydraulic drive system provides three-level drive protection:
(1) The pressure on the drive unit is monitored by a pressure sensor, which can activate the automatic lifting/lowering function of the rake. There is also a separate pressure switch that monitors hydraulic pressure in real time, as well as activates alarms and motor trips at higher pressure set points.
(2) The last level of protection uses the relief valve on the hydraulic circuit to ensure that the drive device does not exceed the designed rated torque.
(3) Torque overload will not occur during startup or operation.
4. Hydraulic lifting rake, stable and reliable.
The hydraulic rake lifting device and the hydraulic rake lifting device share a combined hydraulic station, which responds to the scraping resistance according to the operating pressure. The hydraulic scraping device will automatically realize the rake lifting/dropping function with the change of the running resistance, so as to ensure that there will be no rake pressing accident. .
5. A flocculation defoaming mechanism (optional according to the nature of the material) is provided to improve the quality of overflow water.
The flocculant can be more fully mixed with the pulp to increase the sedimentation speed of the particles; it can also ensure that the overflow surface does not produce foam, the fine particle flow is fully precipitated, and the overflow water becomes clearer.
6. According to the user's ore dressing process, an automatic dilution device or a forced dilution device can be added. The "automatic dilution" system can keep the slurry concentration in the feeding barrel within the optimal slurry concentration range suitable for the flocculant, so as to improve the sedimentation of the slurry particles. speed, increase the processing capacity per unit area.
7. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program, which can realize manual, automatic and remote centralized control; and optional instruments such as turbidity meter, concentration meter, concentration interface meter, etc., can improve the degree of automation of the equipment.

9. The transmission device is located on the bridge frame, which is easy to maintain, and the drive gear can be hung without oil drain, and the service life of the gear is more than 20 years.
10. This type of equipment is from φ6m-φ100m, and the span of the model is large. The equipment below φ30m mostly adopts the full-bridge structure, and the equipment above φ30 adopts the half-bridge structure.
11. In areas with particularly harsh climate conditions, motor drive solutions can be provided.
