More Introduction
Advantages:
1. Large processing capacity per unit area, good concentration effect, the underflow concentration can reach about 70%, and the solid content in the overflow water is less than 200mg/L.
2. The tank body can be equipped with inclined plates to increase the effective settlement area; it can also be equipped with dewatering grids to shear flocs from free water.
3. Small footprint, low investment, low power consumption, low operating cost and convenient management.
4. Equipped with an automatic dilution device, which reduces the consumption of flocculants to a lower level, and can accelerate the sedimentation of solid particles and quickly form a high-concentration compression layer.
5. The deep cloth in the center realizes countercurrent sedimentation, shortens the sedimentation distance, forms a filter layer that can filter the rising fine particles, and improves the solid-liquid separation efficiency.
6. The whole machine is controlled by PLC program, and the whole system is intelligently operated (automatic operation, automatic rake lifting and lowering); automatic, manual or remote centralized control can be realized.
7. Different drive (hydraulic drive or motor drive) and lubrication methods can be designed according to the on-site climatic conditions.
8. Self-supporting pool and floor-standing pool are optional, and can provide design and installation of steel structure pool.
