1.1 Washing by rotary scrubber
Separate ore using gravity, buoyancy, and centrifugal force. During the rotation of the drum, the nozzle sprays a high-pressure water column to wash away impurities and soil from the surface of the ore.
Meanwhile, due to centrifugal force, minerals of different densities are separated, improving the extraction efficiency of target minerals such as gold.
1.2 Screen by rotary screen
After entering the drum, the ore is subjected to centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the drum. The ore with larger particle size will flow forward along the inclination angle of the drum, while the ore with suitable particle size will be screened out one by one and fall into their respective funnels after passing through the sieve. The screened ore is transported to the finished product pile by belt conveyor.
