Incidence
Designed degree or angle 3-20,the degree based on material size.
If material particles large,or high concentration, the angle will be large.
If material particles small, the angle will be small also.
Installation requirements
1.Choose suitable place:
Should be installed on a solid foundation, usually on a concrete solid foundation.
Use anchor bolts to secure the stone washing machine
2.Welding frame
The frame installation designed according to drawings, it can ensure the stable of the machine
3.adding lubricating oil
Need to add lubricating oil to all components that require lubrication
Working principle
By buoyancy effect of water,stirred effect ,and friction effect of the spiral blades.
When the material enter the sedimentation tank, they roll and rub against each other under the action of a rotating spiral, removing impurities from material.
The clear water entering through the pores forms an upward flow, carrying small particles and other impurities to the water surface, and flowing out through the overflow weir to complete the cleaning function.

Structure
The structure includes a tank body, a reducer, a motor, a central shaft, spiral blades, and a frame etc.
The spiral blades are installed on the central shaft and connected to it by a reducer for operation.
The frame is welded onto the central axis, and the spiral blades are tightened with bolts after installation to ensure that the blades do not sag or deform.
